What data I collect
- Through the contact forms: first and last name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the service you choose and your message.
- When providing services: what you share with me in sessions, and signed consent forms (for hypnosis with minors, also the parental or guardian consent).
Purpose and legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry and arranging an appointment: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Providing the services: contract (Article 6(1)(b)); for information about your wellbeing and health, your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)).
- Invoicing and keeping accounting records: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
Who I share data with
I do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Only the technical processors I need have access: the hosting and email provider (NEOSERV, Slovenia) and, for online sessions, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
How long I keep data
- Enquiries that did not lead to working together: up to 12 months.
- Client data and signed consent forms: 2 years after the last session, unless the law requires longer.
- Accounting records: as long as the law requires.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and loads no content from third-party servers. Fonts are hosted on this server.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@dola.si. You can lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (www.ip-rs.si).
